Throughout her career, Amy has consistently delivered results by combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. She has driven enterprise growth initiatives, built lasting partnerships, and led teams through periods of significant growth. Her ability to translate business goals into measurable outcomes has established her as a trusted leader and partner across the industries she has served.
“We are extremely excited to have an industry veteran like Amy on our team,” said Chief Revenue Officer, Blake Guyton. “Her proven experience driving results in large-scale enterprise accounts, combined with her passion for our mission, makes her the perfect leader to accelerate growth within two of the most strategic areas of our business. We are thrilled to welcome Amy to OPS.”
In reflecting on her decision to join OPS, Amy shared:
“The common thread throughout my career, the anchor that’s guided me, has been a deep belief that business should be more than transactions or growth metrics. It should create a lasting, positive impact on people, businesses, and communities. As I thought about this next chapter, I was very intentional about aligning with an organization where that belief wasn’t just spoken but truly lived in practice.”
She continued:
“That’s what excites me most about OPS. I’ve been watching the company from afar for several years and have consistently been impressed by the clarity of its leadership, the authenticity of its culture, and the way it executes with both momentum and heart —an approach that is clearly paying off in today’s market. OPS proves that business success and meaningful impact can go hand in hand. For me, joining OPS is about contributing to something bigger than business; it’s about building a legacy of opportunity for others.”
Amy will be based in Washington, D.C., where her proximity to key public sector partners and enterprise clients will further strengthen OPS’s ability to deliver impact at scale. Her presence in the nation’s capital positions her to play a pivotal role in deepening relationships, expanding opportunities, and advancing the organization’s mission.
